1. Pay your down payment today. You'll make three (3) additional payments monthly for the next three (3) months. This Payment Plan will apply to your first year of The Library Card Membership only. 

2. Once we've confirmed your down payment, you'll receive an email with a prompt to gain access to The Library Card Membership! This email will be sent to the email you entered for the initial down payment. Please allow up to one (1) business day to receive your code. Your eligibility for any bonus offer will be based upon the date that you initiated the payment plan.
